Refund Conditions
We take pride in the quality of our goods and hope that you will be satisfied with your order.
When you receive your order, please check it carefully to make sure that all the pieces meet your expectations.
In case of return of the product, this is done within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Conditions for reimbursement
Necessary conditions for the return of the product are the following: The product must be in its original condition, must not have been used, must be in its original packaging and must always be accompanied by the proof of purchase.
In the event that your product is deemed unsuitable to be returned to our warehouse (due to use or mishandling) then it will be returned to you again.
Products that are in promotional packages are returned only when they are defective.
The reasons why you can return a product are as follows:
1. There is a manufacturing defect.
2. You can also return a product because you wish to replace it with another product. In this case only, you will be charged the cost of transporting your return.
For cases 1 and 2, if you do not wish to replace the product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong product you received, you have the right to claim your money back, minus the cost of transport.
In any other case, no refund will be given.
Return procedure
To arrange the return of the product you must send us an e-mail to info@e-round.gr or call 23220 24725.
Once we receive your return request, we will process it and the courier company will immediately come to the address you have indicated to pick up the product.
You should be aware that if you do not inform us in one of the above ways, the return of your product will not be accepted by the courier company.
