Shipping methods and costs
Mission expenses
The cost of shipping the product is automatically calculated before you complete your order.
– If you choose to pay by Debit or Credit Card or by Bank Transfer the shipping cost is 3€ – 3,5€ depending on the Postal Service.
– For orders over 50€, free shipping. (Up to 2 kg)
– If you pay by cash on delivery the amount of 2€ is added.
– For orders that are large in volume and weight will be agreed upon on a case by case basis and shipment with a transport company and the cost is 5€ for Land Greece and 10€ for Island Greece.
– All orders to Cyprus are charged with 10€ regardless of the volume and weight of the order. In any case, a representative will contact you.
Ways of sending
We cooperate with the courier companies ACS, Geniki Postal and ELTA COURIER (door to door) as well as with transport companies depending on the destination of the shipment. The delivery of your order is made within 3 days from the date of delivery to our partner, ACS, General Postal Service, ELTA COURIER or transport company. In inaccessible areas, delivery is made upon request with the courier company’s store. We also cooperate with Skroutz Point.
Insurance
Each product is insured from the moment it leaves our store until the moment it is delivered to you. Delivery/acceptance is considered to be completed upon signing the receipt of the products at the agreed address. If you have nominated a third party recipient for delivery/receipt (such as in the case of gifts), the recipient’s signature will also be considered as proof of receipt. Please check that the package is undamaged before signing the carrier’s receipt. If a package never reaches the final destination due to technical difficulties, such as in the event that it is lost, then we will refund your money in full.
